Former NDC Central Regional Chairman, Bernard Allotey Jacobs has commended former Acting CPP General Secretary, James Kwabena Bomfeh popularly known as Kabila for his recent achievement of graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) from the University of Cape Coast.
James Kwabena Bomfeh thanked the former NDC Chairman for accommodating him at his facility throughout his period of study in Cape Coast.
Allotey Jacobs who runs Oguaa Apartments and Lodging at Cape Coast heartily said Kabila eventually became his landlord in his own hotel.
