Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta is known to always wear an all-white attire and carry along a brown bag whenever he comes to Parliament to present Ghana's budget and financial statement.
However, on Wednesday, 15th November 2024, when he came to Parliament to present the 2024 budget statement, he 'swerved' Ghanaians who were expecting him to carry his popular brown bag. This time he decided to go "GREEN"
