Seasoned Journalist Kwesi Pratt Jnr. has called on the Electoral Commission to uproot any staff members who bear political affiliations.
Speaking on Peace FM's morning show "Kokrokoo", Mr. Pratt gave accounts of some members of the management of the Electoral Commission publicly declaring their support for specific political parties, and, to him, such behavior is extremely condemnable.
He cautioned the commissioners against having political inclinations, saying it affects the credibility of the commission.
"Card-bearing party members have no place in the Electoral Commission," he stated.
