A new clothing line, " Maksi Clothing," belonging to two sisters, Nana Darkoa Sakyi Armah and Abena Sakyi Armah, was on Saturday launched, in Accra, to boost the Ghanaian fashion industry.
Speaking at the launch, Nana Darkoa Sakyi Armah, said they created the products due to the love that they have for African prints and the need to develop the fashion industry.
She advised women not to be daunted by their challenges but rather be determined realise their dreams.
The launch saw the modelling of various African styles, with fabrics from the Ghana Textile Printing (GTP) Company, interspersed with music and poetry recitals.
