One of Ghanas pioneering women in modern TV and film, Juliet Asante is back with a new movie, Silver Rain, a Pan African film, casting from 5 African countries.
The story made it to the finals of the screenwriters lab of the Sundance festival, one of the largest film festivals in the world; and even though it did not enter the lab, they commented that it was a powerful story!
Written and Directed by Juliet Asante, a Graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School, New York Film Academy and NAFTI, the movie stars Enyinna Nwigwe, Joselyn Dumas, Belinda Baido, Uru Eke,Elikem Kumordzie and others

Silver Rain, is a story of love, pain and the strength of the human story. The story is set in the streets of Accra and takes viewers both to the gutter and the high places.
It is high drama and shot on the RED camera with the Director of photography Nate Thomas, from South Africa. The production is shooting both in Ghana and South Africa. It is collaboration between Eagle Productions and 4syte Studios.
