It seems the sensational Highlife music star, Daddy Lumba (DL) had the biggest surprise in his life on the Valís day when he appeared on stage only to see empty seats waiting impatiently for his well-rehearsed performance. Like a dreadful curse, our man had no option than to sing for Ďthemí.
Believe it or not, the audience was not enough to form a football team. Nevertheless, the Ghanaian maestro managed to Ďhití the empty seats with Ďhotí live band music to the surprise of the few people who attended the show. DL was not the only musician who did all the hard work, KK Fosu also proved to the red empty seats that he could actually perform without his fans.
However, it seemed like the few people who attended the show found the Ďlullabyí too boring as they appeared dormant to the performances. Ghanacelebrities.com would like to know this; has DL lost his fans or blame it on poor publicity? Probably people are fed up with his style of singing.
The event which took place at the National Theatre was organized by Budget Cash & Carry Limited as part of this yearís Valís day celebration. The empty show was also used to outdoor ĎLady In Red Wineí, a special wine for the celebration of the Valís day and other occasions.
