“Holy Spirit, we need your revival again” goes the refrain in this latest single release by Nii Okai titled 'Rivival'. The live music video was released via social media on the 1st of March and the message has since gone viral.
“’Revival’ should be the heart-cry of every heaven-minded believer in these last days. The lyric speaks for itself,” comments Nii Okai.
‘Revival’ addresses prevailing issues within the body of Christ including narcissism, ‘idoncareism for the perishing’, materialism, disunity among others and climaxes with a call for revival to fall like fire.
The live high definition video introduces the world-class backing team behind most of Nii Okai’s productions, Virtuous, led on stage by Koda in a very colourful display of skill and anointing.
The video, which precedes the yet-to-be-released live Concert DVD dubbed ‘[email protected] Concert – The Best of the Decade”, was edited by Gerald ‘OGEE’ Gyimah of Cinekrom Academy.
House of Virtue, Nii Okai’s management, is already dropping hints of releasing a few other Holy Spirit inspired singles ahead of Nii Okai’s anticipated next album and concert in December.
