Reports from Nigerian media say actress Rukky Sanda’s party in London a couple of weeks ago did not only turn out to be true but also the biggest and expensive birthday party to be organized by a Nigerian actress.
“What surprised most people was the fact that Rukky paid the air flight ticket of some of her close friends for the party; a thing that was said to have been facilitated by a lover,” nigeriafilms.com reported.
Though Rukky Sanda may not have done many movies till date, that has in no way diminished her influence in the make-believe industry.
Ever since she debuted in the movie industry, she has proved to be a good actress and a reputable producer with several movies to her credit.
The actress recently celebrated her birthday and since then, tongues have not ceased wagging.
Rukky was said to have assembled her female contemporaries in Nollywood on August 23 2011 to celebrate her birthday in one of the most expensive restaurants in the UK.
The venue, sources said, was ‘Busaba Ethai’ Convent Arden. Though she had a swell party in Paris, she decided to throw another high octane one in the UK.
The Paris celebration had the likes of Nadia Buari, Ini Edo and some of the biggest boys that sources alleged she sometimes pimped for.
Nigeriafilms.com also learnt that Rukky did not leave any stone unturned as she provided her guests with accommodation and the necessary things to make sure they matched the needed standard.
However, inside source confided in the website correspondent that the radiant thespian’s celebration was made possible by a top Bank MD who was said to be her lover.
The MD, according to the website’s source, had been seeing Rukky lately, albeit secretly.
He allegedly spent millions of naira in making sure that the apple of his eye had a good celebration.
