The Italian model was spotted at a charity event in Rome showing off a noticeable baby bump.She turned up to hand out free lottery tickets to passengers on the underground in the Italian city.And her bump was shown as she wore a white vest top over black jeans.
Raffaella, who has appeared on Italy's Big Brother and previously dated Cristiano Ronaldo, seemed happy to show off her changing waistline at the event, and she also set tongues wagging the unborn child is Balotelli's.The Sunday Mirror claims Fico's representative contacted them last week attempting to sell a story about the pregnancy.
The paper claims the rep said: 'The story is worth a lot of money because they (Balotelli and Fico) are not on their own any more...
'In the past Raffaella has stuck up for Mario over some of his behaviour but now she's angry with him. What she wants to say is very different now.'
Raffaella, 24, started dating the 21-year-old Man City player at the start of last year.
But they split up two months ago after a string of affairs emerged.
