Prolific Fante Rapper Kwaw Kese aka Abodam has pulled off yet another ‘crazy’ moment live on national Television.
The Madtime Entertainment CEO Kwaw Kese on Thursday evening did the unthinkable when during a live television programme on Accra-based Gh One Entertainment Television, he handed host Amanda Jissih, a 5000 Cedi cheque and two pieces of exotic lingerie undies.
The cheque and undies were birthday presents from the multiple award-winning Rapper to the plump presenter.
The surprise act stunned Amanda who had no idea this would happen live on TV even though it was her birthday. “Wow! I can’t believe this. Kwaw Kese has really surprised me. I was never expecting anything like this from him. I want to say thank you to Kwaw Kese, his Manager Fennec and his MadTime Entertainment crew”, astonished Amanda told Peacefmonline.com after the show.
She added that this is the most shocking and one the biggest birthday gifts she has ever received in her life. Mandy Jay as she is known could not contain her excitement as she beamed with smiles and showed her gifts to her viewers.
Aside the cash, Mandy was treated to a birthday surprise as a number of her friends in the entertainment industry, including Okyeame Kwame, Herty Borngreat, Eddy Nettey, Gloria Sarfo of Efiewura fame, Eugene Osafo-Nkansah of Peace FM, Cwesi Oteng, Actor Prince David Osei, Actress Portia Asare and many others brought her cakes, wine and other gifts at the end of her show.
Amanda’s actual birthday was on Tuesday 16th July 2013 but she had a special birthday edition of E-Talk on Thursday July 18 which was co-hosted by Nii Aryeetey Hammond.
Kwaw Kese, who had made his way into the studious as one of several celebrities who showed up to celebrate Jissih’s birthday with her live on air, stunned the over dozen people on set, as well as the thousands watching at home.
While it came as a surprise to most people, for many it was a regular Kwaw Kese illustration of ‘madness’. Kese, whose latest single Dimus is getting heavy rotation on radio, is set to release a new album titled “Forever” on September 28.
