Ghanaian Afro-dancehall star Samini has left the shores of Ghana to Boston University located in Boston, Massachusetts after he performed at VGMA nominees in Tamale last weekend.
Samini is scheduled to make appearance at the educational institute today April 12, 2014 to grace �Sankofa IV� an African cultural exhibition as an African recording and performing artiste.
As part of the program Samini is expected to make a speech to share his musical experience from the African perspective, show the current state of arts in Africa and it prospects.
It is greatest showcase of African history, fashion, dance and music. Samini who was invited as a surprise guest will also make a surprise appearance at the after party tonight alongside the A'won Boyz and the night will be hosted by the men of Afrikka radio.
The Cultural exhibition for Africa features the hottest designs in African-print fashion, live performances, food, dance and party.
Samini who currently in Boston expressed his excitement in a brief telephone chat with Peacefmonline.com stating that he will try as much as he can to make the most out of the opportunity and fly the flag of Ghana high.
He said he will return to Ghana in few days to put finishing touches to his restaurant and lounge �Dancestardam� located at Dansoman in Accra.
The �sweet mistake� singer also disclosed that Dancestardam will be opened soon and that would kick off the celebration of his 10 years of doing professional music.
