Presiding Judge, William Boampong has again refused hiplife artiste Kwaw Kesse bail.
This is the third time Kwaw Kese, known formally as Emmanuel Botchway, has been refused bail.
The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly Circuit Court met on Tuesday to decide whether or not to grant bail to the hiplife artiste.
However, despite Kwaw Kesses tears and plea from his lawyers, the presiding judge William Boampong refused to grant Kwaw bail.
Meanwhile, the case has been adjourned to 5th January, 2015.
The rapper was arrested by the Police in the Ashanti Region for allegedly smoking a substance suspected to be Indian hemp at a drinking spot close to the popular +2 Pub in Nhyiaeso in Kumasi.
