Movie Producer Ahmed Banda, popularly known as Bandex has taken a swipe at music producer, Appietus for stepping up to compete current president of the Musicians Union of Ghana, Bice Osei Kufour, a.k.a Obour.
Speaking on Kasapa FM’s Saturday afternoon entertainment show, E-Voice with Kojo Preko Dankwa, the popular producer said Appietus will lose the MUSIGA elections should he decide to contest Obour.
“Anyone who competes with Obour will suffer defeat; Obour is left with his final term to run, so he should be allowed to contest alone.
“If Appietus wants to contest Obour, he should know that will have to be at the expense of his music production business. Running the MUSIGA office is serious business. He should be prepared to lose his work as Producer. We are not ready to entertain any part time president.”
