As a symbol of cultural display, African traditional leaders are normally seen in the Kente cloth especially during special programs. Hardly will you see celebrities put on traditional cloths.
But the premises of the chief of Kunsu in the Ahafo Ano South District in the Ashanti Region, Nana Agyemang Badu's first anniversary saw several celebrities portraying the real African in them as they put on beautiful Kente cloths. Key among them were Ghanaian screen goddesses, Nana Ama Mcbrown, Bill Asamoah, Mercy Asiedu among others.
Nana Agyemang Badu, chief of Kunsu in the Ahafo Ano South District of Ashanti Region is, according to reliable sources, the husband of Mercy Asiedu of Tigo's 'Drop That Yam' fame. He celebrated his one year on the throne as the chief of Kunsu last Saturday.
