Ghanaian musician A-Plus has revealed his desire to become a legislator in the future.
Speaking to Natalia Andoh on E-on-Class on Class 91.3FM, A-Plus said he was passionate about the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its flag bearer, Nana Akufo-Addo, and was, therefore, campaigning for the party ahead of the general elections in December.
Asked if he wanted any position in a future Nana Akufo-Addo government in the event the NPP wins the 7 December elections, A-Plus replied in the negative. Instead, he disclosed he had plans of becoming an MP one day.
“My political ambition is to become an MP sometime later. For now, I don’t expect anybody to win elections and make me whatever. It will even stop me from doing the things I want to do. I want to be on Facebook, I want to have fun, and I want to be with my boys at Sakumono,” he stated.
A-Plus is out with a new single titled Abɛn Bɛ Bom.
