There seems to be some growing tension between ‘One Corner’ hitmaker Patapaa and ‘Angela’ crooner Kuami Eugene as the former releases a ‘diss’ song, claiming his talent is a gift from God.
The release of this latest song titled ‘Otita fo’ comes on the back of comments made by award-winning Kuami Eugene that Patapaa does not make music but rather churns out noise.
Kuami Eugene made this comment on GHOne TV’s Rythms Live show when he was asked whether he will like to collaborate with the ‘One Corner’ hitmaker.
But fans of Patapaa took to social media to attack Kuami Eugene for his comments, for which he subsequently apologised, with a video.
The apology did not seem to satisfy Patapaa as he hit the studio to release ‘Otita fo’ in which he rained insults on Kuami Eugene and stated that he is very talented, and that his talent is from God.
“My talent is from God, if you do not know that, you can ask Funny Face or Adebayo,” Patapaa’s lyrics in Akan expressed.
He accused Kuami Eugene of farting during a party they both attended prior to the Ghana Meets Naija concert.
Patapaa further referred to Kuami Eugene as a sickler, wizard and a gay, adding that Ghana is tired of his ‘Angela’ song.
