The legendary comic creator Stan Lee, the brain behind most of the biggest Marvel superheroes who are now well known and loved across the world, has died aged 95.
Lee died Monday, November 12th at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, global media reported.
He had been battling numerous ailments in recent years as he grew much older, including pneumonia.
Lee was the brain behind the explosive success of Marvel’s comics in the world, creating fan favourite characters such as The Incredible Hulk, Spider-man, The Fantastic Four, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, Black Panther and the X-Men characters.
Lee, thus, was the inspiration for the now spectacularly popular and massively high grossing movies of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
May he rest in peace.
