Nana Aba Anamoah has once again commented on the Asamoah Gyan issue and once again, she doesn’t have flattering words to say about it.
Anamoah, who had described Gyan’s statement announcing his retirement as the petulant act of a child, is not happy either about the President intervening swiftly in the issue to resolve it.
As we reported earlier, Asamoah Gyan has decided to rescind his decision to retire from the national team after a conversation with the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Nana Aba Anamoah, commenting on the issue, said the President should bring the same urgency to solving real issues in the country as he did to solve an unnecessary issue like the retirement of a football player.
“We appreciate the President’s intervention but can he intervene for the many young men and women who have no idea where their next meal will come from? Can the president intervene for homeless Ghanaians? Asamoah Gyan’s decision has no impact on economic growth.” she opined.

Madam, my friendly advise to you. Since you care so much for the homeless in society, why don't you invest some of your wealth into creating a small NGO to cater for them? Society will appreciate it and so many people will sponsor your initiative. When you talk about such issues, without acting on them, people will actually not see your point of view. Try to be objective, non-political and show concern. If you have forgotten, football is a multi-billion dollar investment all over the world and many countries have become popular, wealthy and get a lot of respected because of football.
You this girl better watch your speech sometimes ooo, what is the meaning of the word 'unnecessary'?. You are not relevant don't force yourself to be relevant wae!!
Nana Aba, please make your comments on national issues without taking sides by saying unnecessary Asamoah Gyan issue. You are media person but may not the iosempact of football on the society. Anyway you live in a mansion which can accommodate about 15 people, kindly pick 5 of the homeless to your house and at least they will keep you company.
All these comments are coming from npp sympathizers. The president had no business intervening in asamoah gyan matter. He has ministers who can do that. Even the normalization team sef is there so wat was de need. This was totally unnecessary and I agree with anamoah.
This girl is ***barred word***, do you know the economic benefit of football? not to talk of the peace and unity it brings to the nation. Why were u hosting the Divas show and bringing celebrities and politicians to discuss about football. You people have made politics taken away your c0nscience
Nana Aba, you are forcing to make yourself relevant, abi? Have you finished solving your baby father's problem? Why don't you let the homeless come and live with you? You pretend you care so much... ***barred word***, girl.
This is calling for trouble for yourself. Play the game you understand best and stop this hypocrisy.
Nana Aba you have disappointed me. If the president had remained silent on Asamoah Djan issue, it is you the media who will bash him for not intervening. By the way, how many ghettos have you rented for these homeless Ghanaians?
Seek ye first the attention that is not warranted and all these insults shall be rain on u. Social media chapter 3 verse 24/7.
Think of how u will reshape ur miserablee body. Ur breast is disproportionate to ur contorted body. Stop messing in every controversy. It may save u an aorta of respect. Ndc may not help u. See mr beautiful for advice.
