LA Mankralo, Nii Obodai Ada IIV has denied claims that he has sold plots of land at Tseado to one Lydia Forson and two individuals namely Kevin Agor and Dr. Benjamin Adu.
The La Mankralo has been accused of giving a witness statement to the police CID on the ownership of some 2 plots of land in the La (Tseado) area a few months ago.
With his attention drawn to the claims, Nii Obodai Ada IIV has released a statement to set the records straight.
According to him, he owned that parcel of land and sold it to one Mr. Paul Ofori years back who is developing it currently.
He insists that he has never sold the land to Lydia Forson, Kevin Agor, and Dr. Benjamin Adu as is being claimed.
“I have never dealt with nor sold the land to Lydia Forson-0209552097/ Kevin Aggor/Dr. Benjamin Adu, all acting for a Chinese woman by name Quin Wang of Tema,” part of the press release from the La Mankralo has said.
Nii Obodai Ada IIV further indicates that documents in respect of Mr. PauI Ofori’s ownership and receipts of payments are available with the Police CID and further verification can be done at Lands Commission.
