For now, it's no more a secret that Music Maestro Kojo Antwi owns a radio station called Breeze FM.
Currently Breeze 90.9fm is located at Airport Residential Area, some few meters away from Nyaho Clinic.
Breeze FM has been on test transmission for some time now and it has been doing massively well in providing non-stop music to the general public.
Most of the time when a new radio station starts with its test transmission, many are the rumours that come up as to which top-notch radio presenters from other stations would be poached to that station.
I stand to be corrected but I have not heard about any radio presenter who is on his /her way to Breeze 90.9fm.
However, as should be expected, your evergreen Flex Newspaper has gotten in touch with media personalities who are very close to Kojo Antwi in a bid to get first hand information about the plans of Breeze 90.9fm and the radio presenters expected to be poached from other radio stations. Unfortunately, all these personalities were tight-lipped but deep-throated information received by a reliable source (name withheld) indicates that Breeze 90.9 fm is very likely to have Ghana's Finest Kwesi Kyei Darkwa as its General Manager.
If that should be the case, then it means Breeze Fm would be managed very well and would be guided by strict radio broadcasting principles and ethics. The reliable source also indicated that the station would begin full transmission by the end of the month.
The target market of Breeze fm is not really known for now but it's very clear that if indeed Kwesi Kyei Darkwah becomes the General Manager of Breeze Fm, there wouldn't be room for any sub-standard radio broadcasting. Let's keep our fingers crossed and watch out for how things would unfold at Breeze FM.
