Controversial TV and Radio Presenter, Sokoo Hemaa has been outdoored as the face of the Ambassador of the prestige brand of Global Wealth Trade.

The hostess of “Anigyekrom” show aired on Amansan Television (ATV) a digital TV, was chosen by the GWT management.

Global Wealth Trade (GWT), an international fashion company based in Canada that seeks to empower women by providing financial opportunities has announced its presence in Ghana.

At a colorful event held in Accra on Friday 28th November 2014 to outdoor the company and its ambassador in Ghana, Mr. Culham Amengor, Director of GWT Ghana, said the ultimate aim of launching the GWT brand in Ghana is to empower women to be financially independent.

“We are here to create jobs for Ghanaian women to make them sound financially and it is done by first becoming a member of the company and a website will be created for you to sell GWT products to friends and family members. The quicker your friends and family becomes aware of your new business the quicker they buy so you earn money”.

He said that “this is a high fashion business which pays you to wear their product. You can also get $ 300 gift certificate to shop from the site and a free VIP membership by signing up and exploring on our site”.

In order to make the GWT brand a house hold name, the company has chosen a radio and television personality, Melody Kukua Ibrahim known in showbiz as SOKOOHEMAA to be its brand ambassador.

Mr. Amengor averred that GWT believes SOKOOHEMAA will do a great job because of her dynamism, enthusiasm and her sense of fashion which appeals to all eyes.

On her part SOKOOHEMAA was grateful to GWT for choosing her and has promised to get the job done. “Empowering women has been a dream and now in a position to do that is a dream comes true. I will do my utmost best to promote the GWT brand in Ghana.
