The combatants, in the past have captured the hearts of lovers of the sport with their antics, with one emerging as the national featherweight champion (Malik) and the other standing out in the Mortein/Men Only bouts (Ashie).
On the same bill, arranged by Box Office Promotions, Classic Vision Boxing Syndicate in collaboration with New York-based Gunther Fishgold’s Capital City, will also feature Laatekwei Hammond and Sunday King Hammer in a bout for the national middleweight title, with Raymond Commey and Isaac Nettey battling for the national super-bantamweight title.
