Hundreds of supporters of Turkish second division side Karsiyaka stormed the Adnan Mederes Airport in Izmir to welcome Dominic Adiyiah.
The vociferous fans waited for hours to meet Adiyiah and when he landed they broke into singing and dancing while chanting the Ghanaian player�s name.
Fireworks and pyrotechnics also welcomed the striker as extra policemen and security officials had to be called in to control the ecstatic crowd
He was carried shoulder high while wearing the club�s jersey to greet the fans before being whisked away to see the club�s facilities.
