Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko Boss, Dr. K.K. Sarpong, says he regrets managing the Porcupine Warriors.
“Kotoko is my most regrettable work on earth, so far,” he said in a recorded tape aired on Angel FM.
He lamented that his efforts and contributions to transform Kotoko during his tenure, seemed not to have been recognized.
Dr. Sarpong, who sounded peeved, said he wished he had not taken the management work of Kotoko.
He stated emphatically that he would never in his life return to Kotoko to take over the management duties.
Furthermore, he told those currently in charge of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) not to panic because he has no interest in the GFA seat.
Dr. Sarpong noted that he has decided not to venture into any direct football management work, saying, “I can only do consulting.”
