The Management of Kumasi-based King Faisal Football Club, has confirmed the appointment of the assistant coach of the club, Foster Alhassan as the acting head coach.
A statement signed by Mr Vincent Sowah Odotei, Chief Executive Officer of the Club issued in Kumasi on Monday, said Coach Alhassan's appointment takes retrospective effect from November 19, 2009.
He replaces Coach Opeele Boateng who resigned last week on what was termed as a mutual agreement.
The statement called on the public and the supporters of the Club to support the new coach to enable him perform his normal duties and to ensure the success of the Club.
