Manchester United confirmed on Thursday that they have concluded a sponsorship deal with African telecommunications company MTN.
The company will become United's exclusive telecommuncations partner in South Africa for the next three-and-a-half years.
The news follows hot on the heels of the agreements reached recently with Telekom Malaysia and Turkish Airlines.
"The partnership with MTN is a very important step in the club's plan to get closer to its family of fans based all over the world," United chief executive David Gill said according to Press Association.
