Ghanas Under-20 female team will camp in South Africa ahead of the 2011 All Africa Games in Mozambique next month, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.
The Black Princesses will trim the rough edges going into the finals of the competition in September with head coach Kuuku Dadzie keen to impress.
The team will use the camping base in South Africa to play series of friendly matches after their purported trip to South Korea fell through.
We will leave for South Africa by the close of the week to continue with our preparations for the championship, Dadzie said.
We hope to make the best of our time in the country to keep ourselves in shape to help us challenge for honours.
The team managed a historic success over main African rivals Nigeria to qualify for the multi-sport event.
