Ghana midfielder Albert Adomah believes the Bristol City frontline is overflowing with confidence under new boss Derek McInnes.
The Scot, who replaced former manager Keith Millen last month, has led the Robins to three wins in his first five matches in charge including the 2-1 victory at Millwall on Sunday.
Adomahs team-mate Nicky Maynard netted twice in that fixture and the Ghanaian stressed that every one of the City attackers has received a new lease of life through McInnes management strategy.
He told the clubs official website: Every time he (Maynard) scores, everyone knows hes going to score in the next game.
Every time our strikers score Brett Pitman as well they come into the next game always looking to score more goals because theyre hungry to score.
Everyone is working hard for each other and just thinking not to lose when we go out on the pitch.
