The 20-year-old Liberty Professionals striker says he has what it takes for the Black Stars to win next year's World Cup in Brazil.
The 2013 Under-20 World Cup Golden Boot winner Ebenezer Assifuah has revealed his dream to help the Black Stars qualify to next year’s World Cup in Brazil.
Assifuah, who bagged six goals at the just ended U20 global showpiece, said winning the senior World Cup is possible and that has been his dream for Ghana.
“This golden boot has given me a lot of confidence and has also motivated me to do bigger things in life,” the Liberty Professionals goal poacher told Goal Ghana. “The award only tells me to work hard and I know I can get more of this if I do.”
Assifuah added: “I’m a young player and I know I have to learn more so I can play for the Black Stars. I have watched the senior national team play and I think they play maturely.
“I know if I improve my play I will be part of the Stars’ team that will be winning next year’s World Cup.”
