Ghana will need to edge past Equatorial Guinea to confirm their place in the final round of qualifying for next year's U-20 Women�s World Cup in Canada.
The Black Princesses are chasing one of the two spots at the World Cup up for grabs from the African qualifiers as Nigeria and South Africa also compete for a place.
Both sides will play over two-legs with the aggregate winner qualifying for the World Cup finals in August of 2014.
Ghana reached the last round stage after Uganda withdrew from the competition in the previous round.
Before reaching the penultimate qualifying round, Guinea-Bissau who were also scheduled to play Ghana in the first round pulled out of the qualifiers.
