Goals from Kwabena Adusei, Yahaya Mohammed and Kennedy Boateng ensured the local Black Stars ended their preparations on a winning note.
Head coach Maxwell Konadu had to rest right-back Godfred Saka who picked up a knee in training.
Berekum Chelsea midfielder Jackson Owusu played in a makeshift right-back role and Adusei partnered Nuru Sulley, who was later replaced by Abeiku Ainooson, in central defence.
Konadu fielded Asante Kotoko duo Jordan Opoku and Michael Akuffu with support on the wings coming from Theophilus Annorbaah and Richard Mpong.
King Faisal striker Sulley Mohammed and Siedu Bansey played upfront.
Ghana will leave for their base in Bloemfontein on Friday to prepare of their Group C opener against Congo on Monday.
