The Ghana international rearguard is likely to face Lokeren this week despite sustaining injury in their game last week that got him substituted.
Ghana defender Daniel Opare could play for Standard Liege against Lokeren on Friday after his club stated that his injury is not serious.
The right-back asked to be substituted in the 36th minute on Sunday when his club played Ostende after having a knock.
Opares injury is nothing serious but a small sprained knee and he needs a little rest, the club indicated. He can even feature on Friday against Lokeren.
The Black Stars defender has been a transfer target of Udinese, Roma, Marseille and Lille.
