The Ghana Football Association has signed a $100,000 sponsorship agreements with Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company Huawei for 12 months.
The Ghana Football Association today announced Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. as a new partner of the Black Stars. The Chinese company becomes the Technology and Information partner of the men's national team. Both parties have agreed a one-year deal which is valued $100, 000.00 in cash plus products.
"I would like to welcome on board Huawei and wish they enjoy their sponsorship package with us," GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi said.
President of the GFA Kwesi Nyantakyi who signed the agreement for the sport body explained that the new deal will help further enhance the finances needed to guarantee the continued success of the Black Stars.
