Kwesi Appiah's Ghana team begin their final phase of World Cup preparations on Monday in Miami.
Ghana's final 23-man squad arrived in Miami, Sunday evening after boarding their flight from Rotterdam following their friendly defeat to Holland the previous day.
Appiah will now focus on his build up to Brazil after cutting his preliminary squad to 23 as he left out Jerry Akaminko, Jeffrey Schlupp and David Accam.
Eskisehirspor defender Akaminko picked up an ankle injury during the closing stages of the friendly against Holland on Saturday while Leicester defender Schlupp and Helsingborg midfielder Accam also missed out.
"It's always not a pleasant thing to tell a player that he is not among a squad for a tournament," Appiah told www.ghanafa.org.
"Jeff [Schlupp] and David [Accam] did well in their stay with the team and I believe they will come back to the team soon if they continue to work hard."
The Black Stars will spend a week in Miami where they will play their final warm-up game against South Korea on 9 June.
Ghana's World Cup Group G campaign kicks off against the United States on June 16, before meetings with Germany and Portugal
