Ghana FA president, Kwesi Nyantakyi has called on female politicians to join the list of stakeholders who are bent on developing womens football.
Mr. Nyantakyi made this observation during a submission at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry which has been tasked to investigate issues surrounding Ghanas World Cup campaign.
The CAF Executive Committee member said it is important the female politicians move away from pep talks only and make donations or seek for sponsorships to help the various womens national teams.
The Ghana FA has often been blamed for giving little support to the womens national teams.
But its president believes they have done their best under the circumstances.
The next assignment for a Ghanaian womens national team is at the 2014
Africa Womens Championships in Namibia which will feature the Black
Queens.
