Black Stars coach Avram Grant has laid down his criteria for selecting players into the Black Stars team.

The former Chelsea coach who will be divulge to the public on Thursday says he will only invite players into the National team based on talent, good mentality and positive attitude.

The Israeli trainer also revealed that pride in wearing the National Colours will be a major factor to consider when selecting players.

There have been huge arguments of player competency in the Black Stars after the teamís fiasco at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Many believe the conceited attitudes of players have resulted in the teamís shabby performance in recent times.

But Grant, who is known for his punitive measures in managing teams has revealed his key requirements for player selection into the Black Stars team.

"First is talent, second is to be proud to wear the National colours and third is for the player to have a good mentality and a positive attitude." He told the FAís official website.

The 59-year-old former Israel National team coach is expected to triumph in his major test at Equatorial Guinea 2015.
