Ghanas U-23 [Black Meteors] succumbed to a heavy defeat as they lost 3-0 to the Olympic team of Egypt in the first of the two-legged international friendly on Tuesday.
The Black Meteors could not match the strength of their North African counterparts as they suffered their second international friendly match defeat at the Cairo International Stadium.
Both teams were using the game as part of their build-up for the 2015 All Africa Games qualifiers in March.
Head coach Malik Jabir also used the game to assess his players ahead of their crucial qualifier with Liberia.
Egypt-based defender Peter Oduro Kwarteng made his debut appearance for a Ghanaian National team when he came on to feature in the second half for the Black Meteors, with the likes of Baba Mensah, Kwasi Kwansah, Enoch Kumi Frimpong all getting the opportunity to play in the game.
The team is however scheduled to take on the same side in the second leg at the Cairo International Stadium on Saturday.
