Clubs participating in the First Capital Plus Premier League are yet to receive their participation fee for the 2014/15 season. Ghanasportsonline.com has been reliably informed.
Reports indicate that none of the 16 participating teams has received monies from the Ghana Football Association as part of the sponsorship package from headline sponsor First Capital Plus Bank.
The contract signed between the Ghana FA and the reputable Banking firm was supposed to have each of the 16 Clubs receiving an amount of money as their participation fee.
But reliable information reaching your authoritative Sports portal Ghanasportsonline.comindicates that none of the Clubs has received their share of the money for this season.
The Ghana Football Association signed a five-year deal with First Capital plus Bank in January 2014 as the title sponsor of the League.
