Black Satellites captain Joseph Owusu Bempeh has been declared fit for the team�s second group game against Zambia on Thursday.
The 20-year-old suffered a knock in Ghana�s opening group match against South Africa last Monday.
Bempah was replaced by Kingsley Fobi in the 63rd minute in a game the Black Satellites won 2-0.
The impressive full-back has however been declared fit and will lead the team to the field in Thursday�s clash against Zambia at the Stade Caroline Faye.
Ghana will be hoping to record a second straight win in other to book a place at the semi-finals of the competition which will ultimately see them confirming their qualification to the 2015 World Youth Championships in New Zealand.
