Ghana defender Awal Mohammed has mutually terminated his contract with Saudi Arabian side Al Shabab, reports in the local media has indicated.
The 27-year-old joined the Saudi Champions after the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations have abrogated his deal after just four months with the Capital Club.
Awal has been impressive since joining the Saudi Club from South African outfit Maritzburg United.
Details of his contract nullification is yet to be known despite being alleged to have ended the deal due to monetary issues.
The former Asante Kotoko defender made nine appearances in his short stint with the Club.
The hard working defender was a member of Ghana�s silver medal winning team at the 2015 Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.
