Arsenal are lining up a £5million move to sign Ghana and Leicester City's versatile star Jeffrey Schlupp, according widely circulated reports in the UK.
The pacey 22-year-old was key to keeping the Foxes in the Premier League this season, earning the club's Young Player of the Year as well as the Players' Player of the Year award.
His performances have caught the attention of Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, who is believed to be lining up a £5m bid in the summer to test Leicester's resolve.
Former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson also saw the potential in Schlupp after he offered him a trial in 2013, but the Ghana international instead opted for first-team football at the King Power Stadium after his month's stay at Carrington.
The Foxes academy product, who played junior international football for Germany, can play as a left-sided defender as well as a forward, which is understood to interest Wenger.
