Ghana defender Jonathan Mensah will return to Club action after ending his four-month ban from the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
CAS handed a ban to the Ghana defender who was accused of wrongfully signing a contract with his current Club Evian Thonan Gaillard.
Evian is believed to have signed the Ghanaian International who had a running contract with his previous Club Udinese.
The French Club signed the 24-year-old in 2011 whom at the time was believed to be a free agent.
Udinese however protested the case which eventually led to CAS running a thorough investigation on the issue.
The quasi-judicial body after a detailed analysis of the case ruled that the Ghanaian international be banned for four months from competing for his Club.
The defender was further asked to pay a tune of 1 million euros to his former Club Udinese.
Mensah after serving his ban will finally return to action when Evian take on Laval in the coupe de la Ligue on Tuesday.
