The chairman of the Western Regional Football Association, Kojo Yankah has blasted Anas Aremeyaw Anas that the Ghana Football Association aren’t afraid of his threats of releasing corrupt acts at the association, because they have nothing to hide.
The GFA is perceived as a non-transparent and a corrupt institution by a section of the public and some sports journalist in the country.
The recent claims by the renowned investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas that he has evidence of corruption at the Ghana FA has raised much questions about the integrity of the GFA, but Kojo Yankah says, Anas should bring it out and stop threatening them, because their hands are clean.
“Anas should stop the bragging and bring evidence of corruption at the FA. If he is bold and man enough he should come out with the evidence, because we are waiting for him," he told Otec FM.
“We don’t have anything to hide at the GFA. The only money we receive is allowance for meetings at committee levels and we are due to receive them.
“Everybody knows Anas, people know the school he attended. Why doesn’t he do the investigations he does with his personal money. He will also be asked where he gets money to hire people to even help him carry out his investigative works. He should let us relax, because he is the champion of corruption.
