Attacking for the Stars is Majeed Waris, who partners Jordan Ayew at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Razak Braimah will be in post, supported at the back by Harrison Afful, Baba Rahman, Jonathan Mensah and John Boye.
In midfield will be Afriyie Acquah, Christian Atsu, Mubarak Wakaso, and Frank Acheampong.
Ghana, leaders in group H, are pushing for a third straight win in the qualifiers.
