Ghanaian midfielder Michael Essien is set to join countryman Samuel Inkoom at Antalyaspor, according to widespread report in Greece.
The 33-year-old is on his way out of Greek giants Panathiniakos after reportedly agreeing to mutually part ways with the Club at the end of the season.
Reports indicate Essien who has been deemed surplus at Panathiniakos could find himself in the city of Antalya next season.
Essien is said to have been recommended to the Club (Antalyaspor) by former Cameroon captain Samuel Eto’o who holds a close relationship with the Ghanaian international.
The former Chelsea star has had a fruitless spell in Greece having made just 13 appearances for the Greens since joining from AC Milan.
He could however be joining his African teammates Samuel Eto’s, Jean Makoun and Raïs M'Bolhi as well as countryman Samuel Inkoom at the Turkish Club.
