The Ghana Football Association has called-off a proposed friendly between the Black Queens and their Ivorian counterparts slated for Friday at the Cape Coast Stadium.
The game against Cote d’Ivoire was billed as part of preparations for the African Women Championship which is scheduled to kick-off on November 19 in Cameroon.
The Queens thrashed Accra-based Ideal Ladies 8-0 in a friendly at the Accra Sports Stadium earlier on Tuesday.
The Queens will be hoping to win their first-ever African Women’s Championship in Cameroon.
