The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak SC, has promoted seven players from the club's under-17 side, Royal Oaks, to the under-20 side, Auroras.
The seven players namely; Stanley Aniagyei (Midfielder) Perry Amofa (Central defender), Moses Dogbegah (Midfielder), Welbeck Tettey (Midfielder), Ishmael Thompson (Striker), Maxwell Botchway (Striker) and Daniel Owusu (Utility player).
According to the press statement by the Public Relations Officer of the club, Mr. Kwame Opare Addo, the promotion of these players were based on recommendations from the technical team.
"Since their arrival at Royal Oaks, the seven players featured prominently for the team.
"Management is very confident that these young players would fit very well into the Auroras team, where they would continue with their development and blossom into future
stars for the main team hopefully, within the shortest possible time.
"We would like to congratulate them on their new contracts and wish them the best of luck," the statement said.
Meanwhile, Hearts are expected to engage their arch-rivals Kotoko in a friendly next month
