Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have departed from Ghana to the United Arab Emirates to continue with preseason ahead of the start of the 2021-22 Football Season.
The Porcupine Warriors arrived at the Kotoka International Airport on Thursday evening to board the plane to the Asian country.
The team will camp in Dubai for about a week before returning to Ghana to kick start the new season.
The last time Asante Kotoko travelled abroad for pre-season was in 2007 and they won the Ghana Premier League title.
Asante Kotoko will kick off their campaign against Dreams FC at the Theatre of Dreams in the 2021-22 Ghana Premier League.

Goalkeepers: Razak Abalora, Kwame Baah.
Defenders: Abdul Ismail Ganiyu, Christopher Nettey, Andrew Apau, Ibrahim Imoro, Samuel Appiah, Augustine Agyapong, Yussif Mubarik, Maxwell Agyemang, Patrick Asmah.
Midfielders: Mudasiru Salifu, Fabio Gama, Richard Boadu, Clinton Opoku, Sherrif Mohammed, Richmond Lamptey, Emmanuel Keyekeh.
Forwards: Evans Adomako, Dickson Afoakwa, Andy Kumi Francis, Solomon Sarfo-Taylor, Samuel Boateng, Joseph Amoako, Isaac Oppong.
