The footballer spent thousands to light up the Dubai skyline with Thursday night's spectacle on the facade of Dubai's famous Burj Khalifa tower.
The couple looked on with their children as the former shop worker's name flashed up in neon on the landmark tower and ended with the message 'Happy Birthday Geo' in giant white letters above a photo of the stunning Spaniard in a glamorous off-the-shoulder black dress.
