President John Evans Atta Mills left Accra for Abidjan this morning to the commercial Capital of Ivory Coast, Abidjan for the extra ordinary summit of the Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS) to participate in the deliberation of the recent mutiny that ousted the Malian government and apply the desired and appropriate sanctions.
